Taylor jumped right on it and referred me immediately to a colleague of hers in southern California who promptly introduced me to a friend of hers who knew a woman just readying to list on AirBNB a 2 bedroom little home right on Newport Beach that she had just completed refurbishing/remodeling etc. So we connected with the Newport lady and she agreed to let us be her first tennants! A major hurdle in our relocation plan overcome and very quickly. Taylor was impressive with how fast she responded to my request for help. We will forever appreciate her for taking care of us like it was herself. Since then, I have also found Taylor to be very good at what she does, even though she is relatively new in the business, but it is apparent that Taylor is under great leadership and has received excellent training as she is already very knowledgeable on the process having closed several transactions already in her short career. In several instances we called Taylor for her advice regarding our new forever home purchase here in California as she in Colorado (not licensed in CA). Taylor was more than happy to drop whatever she was in the middle of and support and is wise beyond her years. Taylor already knows the most important thing about the business and that is you need a realtor that is responsive and treats you exactly the way you would want to be treated.
